If you use Manabox to track your collection and sell on TCGPlayer, you already know the problem: Manabox doesn’t export in a format TCGPlayer understands, so getting your inventory live means manually mapping SKU IDs, reformatting conditions, and pricing everything by hand. It’s tedious, error-prone, and slow.
We built a tool to fix that.
What It Does
The Manabox → TCGPlayer Converter takes two files — your Manabox CSV export and your TCGPlayer catalog CSV — and produces a ready-to-upload TCGPlayer Pro staged-import file in seconds. No accounts, no uploads to a server, no spreadsheet gymnastics. It runs entirely in your browser.
How to Use It
Step 1 — Export from Manabox
Open Manabox, go to your collection, and export as CSV. This gives you card names, set codes, collector numbers, conditions, foil status, and quantities.
Step 2 — Export your TCGPlayer catalog
In TCGPlayer Seller Portal, go to Pricing → Price Management and export your catalog CSV. This is the file that contains TCGPlayer’s internal SKU IDs — the key ingredient for a clean import.
Step 3 — Run the converter
Drop both files into the tool, choose your pricing strategy, and hit Convert.
Pricing Strategies
You’re not locked into one pricing approach. The tool supports five strategies:
- TCG Market Price — list at the current market price
- % of TCG Market Price — undercut by a percentage (default 95%)
- Manabox purchase price — use your actual cost basis
- Manabox price + markup % — cost plus a margin you define
- Leave blank — skip pricing and set it manually later
Smart Matching
The converter handles the messy real-world differences between how Manabox and TCGPlayer name things. Set names, card variants, double-faced cards, showcase and retro-frame treatments, Commander set naming conventions — it normalizes all of it automatically.
If a card can’t be matched, the tool tells you exactly why: set not found, collector number mismatch, or a near-miss candidate that’s close but not exact. You can download an unmatched CSV to review and retry.
Your Data Stays on Your Machine
Everything runs locally in the browser. Your inventory data never leaves your computer.
